Your Grace will perceive that there is a frosfect of the example of this Colony being followed at Macas. It also affears that the Governor of the latter Colony has already taken measures I to enforce the disarmament

of fishing vessels and the frohibition of the carriage of Stink hots by airy class of vesels- Therefore this Government- that of Macas, and the Chinese
